Do you have a strong interest in International Law? Are you currently a law student or a recent law graduate looking for practical experience in International Law? Do you want to use your knowledge of international law in order to further the interests of the state of Israel?
The International law Clinic at the KPF offers students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain some practical legal experience in the field of international law while working on real world problems in assistance of the state of Israel. We will work with top policy makers, members of Knesset, Ministers and government workers and assist them in their work defending Israel.
The clinic will take place throughout the first semester of the academic year. It will require around a few hours of work per week, most of which can be done independently and will not require travel to Jerusalem. One monthly meeting will take place in Jerusalem. Our goal is to make sure you have first hand interactions with the top policy-makers.
Aside from the hands on experience and the chance to work with the most influential echelons of Israeli policy-making, some students will be awarded grants and will be given the opportunity to take part in additional research projects. Prizes will also be given to the most outstanding clinic participants.
Participation in the clinic is by application. The clinic selects participants based on their potential for excellence, demonstrated commitment to the values of the clinic and potential for future involvement in international law policy-making in Israel and the world.
