Served as parliamentary advisor to MK Sharan Heskel and took an active part in passing groundbreaking legislation to open the media market, legislation for decriminalization of cannabis consumers, and for animal rights. It has also acted against external factors for applying UNRWA reform and reducing unnecessary regulatory burden in the areas of honey, the plant council as well as reducing the prices of dairy products, imported products, and more. Hilla used to work as a lawyer in labor law and urban development at the law firm Sharkon Ben Ami. She has a bachelor's degree in the Bi-class track in IDC for Law and Business Administration in International Business Law. Graduated from the Fiedberg Institute of Economics and the College for Public Service.
