Avrum Tomer

Avrham Tomer is a researcher of education policy. Avraham has a Bachelor's degree in social sciences and security from Bar Ilan University and a Master's degree in public policy from Hebrew University. Graduate of the Statesmanship Center in Jerusalem and the former alumni community manager. In the past seven years Avraham had been serving as an infantry company commander.
