Dr. Emmanuel Navon

Dr. Emmanuel Navon is a former senior fellow at Kohelet. He's an International Relations lecturer at Tel-Aviv University and at the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center, and a senior analyst for I24News. Previously, he was head of the Political Science and Communication department at the Jerusalem Haredi College; founding partner of the Navon-Levy Group (a business consultancy that promoted Israeli agricultural projects in Africa); CEO of BNIC (an NGO that trained Israeli business leaders in diplomatic advocacy); and consultant for ARTTIC (a leading European consulting firm specialized in R&D funding). Dr. Navon is the author of many books and articles that have appeared in prestigious journals and newspapers. He is regularly interviewed for his insights on international affairs in the media, and is a sought-after public speaker for campuses and Jewish communities. He graduated in Public Administration from Sciences-Po, one of Europe’s most prestigious universities, and holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
